Because of the uniqueness of the container, all of the solution can be squirted into the nostrils. Gravity flow (neti pot) devices can leak solution outside of the nose and large squeeze bottles can be too forceful. The quantity of solution in a container of SinusAide® is optimal for most users.

Can I microwave the container to warm it up?

Please use only as directed. Since SinusAide® is premixed in a solution of purified water, it is not necessary to heat or boil the product prior to use.

No. Please use only has directed.

Is it OK if I swallow some of the solution?

It's possible that some of the solution will drain down the back of the throat. You can swallow it or practice blocking the back of the throat by saying the letter "K." This will prevent the solution from being swallowed.
